If you are a shopper on a store that uses VeloxAssist, the chat widget you interact with sets no third-party tracking cookies and loads no third-party tracking or advertising scripts. It communicates only with VeloxAssist's own servers to power the conversation and, when you click a product recommendation, to log that click for the store owner's dashboard analytics. That click-logging is first-party (between the widget and VeloxAssist, on behalf of the store) — it is not shared with, or used by, any ad network or third-party analytics provider.
